Jonathan came out today to service my garage door. He was here on time. I had lost power to it. He quickly diagnosed the issue and checked the door over thoroughly and clean and serviced everything for me. I couldn’t be happier with the job that he done and his professionalism. I called Precision at 8:30 AM on a Sunday. The lady on the phone was polite, efficient, and knew her job. She quickly got me an appointment between 10 and 12 that day! Tony Strickland came out. He thoroughly accessed all the garage door components and explained everything. There was no sales pressure to buy items that weren't necessary. He allowed me to watch the entire repair because I was interested. My garage door never worked this good before. Tony was professional and friendly. Thanks Tony. I'll be asking for you again if need arises.

I choose Precision because their location seemed to be close to mine. I had tried to make an appointment with a company we had used in the past but they could not release my car from the garage for 5 days. I appreciated the ease of making an online appointment with Precision. As it turned out the technician, Jack, was working in another part of the state; 1 1/2 hours from me. Although Jack was late arriving at my home at the requested time; he kept me informed of his progress and travel. Jack was thorough and explained all my options but did not pressure me to purchase more than I thought necessary. Hopefully it will not be necessary in the near future but I would not hesitate to contact Precision again.

I was experiencing a bit of a problem with my garage doors making a lot of noise while opening and closing. Call Precision Door Service (they originally installed new equipment for me early this year) and Kendrick came out and took care of my problem (easy fix). He also showed me my cameras on my LiftMaster that I did not know (or forgot) I had. Now I have smooth running doors to open and close and I can do this from my phone. Kendrick took his time explaining how to use this app. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The company as a whole is awesome. Wonderful service and great technicians. I highly recommend Precision Doors with any issues you have or simply need new garage doors.

A neighbor of mine once told me that he used Precision Door to fix a major problem with his broken garage door. While they were at his home, he had them change out some rollers, springs, the overhead track and other issues as well. Further, he indicated that Precision Door Services did a GREAT job, were quick and cleaned up after themselves. He was a very personable and knowledgeable young man that thoroughly explained what I needed and why. Consequently, I had him work on all issues that he mentioned. I now have a garage door that is quiet as a mouse when it is raised and lowered. He even reset my garage door keypad code and the remotes built into two new autos' that I owned. The bottom line is this......"You get what you pay for", and I got QUALITY SAME DAY SERVICE at a REASONABLE PRICE which gives me peace of mind that my garage door is not going to fall on my car, like what happened to my neighbor.
