Called them on Friday evening for broken spring on my garage door and tech was here in less than 45 minutes. Technician Will was very professional and courteous. Repairs were done in less than 1 hour. I’m very happy with their service and will call them again if needed.

A few years back I had 2 insulated doors installed along with new openers. Everything went extremely well and the men involved with the estimate and installation were top notch. I’ve had a few service calls performed and each and every time the technicians have been great to work with. Today’s service technician was at my home within 2 hours of me calling. Got my problem fixed in no time at all. Jason Steele was a true professional and wasted no time getting my issue fixed. He’s just another example of your wonderful work force. Exceeded expectations! My spring broke in the afternoon, and they were available to come first thing the next morning. They were prompt, had all the tools/parts to repair it immediately, and left it even better than before. Our technician, Kendrick, was top notch. Very knowledgeable and very kind! Lastly, I really appreciated the email with our tech’s profile (his “about me”) - I knew exactly who was coming and it certainly made me feel more comfortable and our tech more personable! 10/10!

Preston Waddell came to my house to replace springs and a new belt drive operator. I can't say enough about the expertise and workmanship. He even trimmed the emergency pull cord and burned the end of the nylon cord so it wouldn't fray in the future. I will always ask for him if more service is ever needed, he is the true definition of a professional. Thank you, Preston.

I called from an ad, and arranged a service call. I was surprised to get one the next day. The tech that came was courteous and professional. He examined my doors and then presented the repair options. Once i approved the repair, they quickly and efficiently replaced the parts, and tuned up all the functions of both doors. This was a great service experience.

Great Customer Service. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Called at 10 and the technician arrived by 1:00. New opener was installed in around an hour. They also have 24 hour coverage if needed. I highly recommend them for any garage door needs. They are very knowledgeable and respectful and the communication was great

Extremely quick response to my request for service door was beginning to bind when putting up and coming down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Jason, recommending the rollers be replaced as maintenance to keep the doors in peak operating condition. Performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly explained how to maintain the doors and keep them in peak condition. I had my garage doors installed in 2012, the quality of the doors and service is the best in the industry.

Precision put in a new garage door for us a few years ago and we had excellent service at that time. So when we started having issues with our door going down this weekend, we called and were given a time slot the very same day. Had a garage door that was not closing correctly. Sticking, catching. Jason looked at it for approximately 4 to 5 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes. Knows what he’s doing. Good service, same day. Had a new motor and spring installed 4 years ago and had excellent service at that time, too.
