Extremely quick response to my request for service door was beginning to bind when putting up and coming down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Jason, recommending the rollers be replaced as maintenance to keep the doors in peak operating condition. Performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly explained how to maintain the doors and keep them in peak condition. I had my garage doors installed in 2012, the quality of the doors and service is the best in the industry.

Precision put in a new garage door for us a few years ago and we had excellent service at that time. So when we started having issues with our door going down this weekend, we called and were given a time slot the very same day. The technician (Preston Waddell) that came out to service our door was within the time frame given to us. He was very professional, was friendly and fixed our garage door!! He is a great asset to Precision Garage Door Service!!

Had a garage door that was not closing correctly. Sticking, catching. Jason looked at it for approximately 4 to 5 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes. Knows what he’s doing. Good service, same day. Had a new motor and spring installed 4 years ago and had excellent service at that time, too.

I'm a repeat customer of Precision Door Nashville. I feel like I receive white glove treatment!! When you call, you get connected to a person right away. I got scheduled in quickly and Tony was our technician. He provided a thorough explanation of the recommended repairs. After the repair, he showed me how to maintain my garage door moving parts and keep them lubed. Great communication and excellent service! Very happy customer!

We had the pleasure of Tony Strickland to come out to provide a spring tune up on my door. and after his thorough inspection was complete we needed to have new springs installed due the heavy weight of the solid garage door we own . He was very Profesional and polite making sure I knew everything he was doing and provided the explanation in simple terms and I never had a doubt of being felt like i was sold a product or something I did or need . You can 100-% tell how the employees there care anbout this profession and his company. "Precisely" what I needed. Awesome experience with these guys. Garage door was a bit off track. Jack came out, quickly, analyzed the problem and gave me *options* on what we could do. "We can get you up and running for x, my recommendation is y, and here are z possibilities" I took his recommendation and we also decided to replace the opener itself. He explained the differences in service and warranty very well. Even programed my car before leaving. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will also be utilizing them again for any future needs.

I called from an ad, and arranged a service call. I was surprised to get one the next day. The tech that came was courteous and professional. He examined my doors and then presented the repair options. Once i approved the repair, they quickly and efficiently replaced the parts, and tuned up all the functions of both doors. This was a great service experience.
